1. Introduction

Welcome to Trip2Corbett. By accessing our website or availing our services — including tour packages, safari booking assistance, resort reservations, and transport arrangements for Jim Corbett National Park — you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or enquiry.

2. Nature of Services

Trip2Corbett is a private travel assistance company. We are not affiliated with, or an official representative of, the Uttarakhand Forest Department or the Jim Corbett National Park Administration. Our services include:

• Booking assistance for safari permits (Jeep, Canter, Elephant safaris).
• Arranging stays at private resorts, Forest Rest Houses (FRH), and government lodges.
• Designing custom tour packages including accommodation, transport, and activities.
• General travel guidance and itinerary planning for Jim Corbett National Park.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings made through Trip2Corbett are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective property or forest department. The following payment conditions apply:

• A minimum advance deposit is required to confirm your booking, as communicated at the time of enquiry.
• Full payment must be completed before your travel date as per the agreed schedule.
• Prices quoted are subject to change in case of government fee revisions, peak season surcharges, or force majeure events.
• All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are applied as follows depending on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

• More than 30 days prior: 10% of total booking amount as processing fee.
• 15–30 days prior: 25% of total booking amount.
• 7–14 days prior: 50% of total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days prior: 75–100% of total booking amount (non-refundable).
• Safari permits issued by the Forest Department are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

5. Safari Permit Rules & Forest Department Guidelines

Entry into Jim Corbett National Park is governed exclusively by the Uttarakhand Forest Department. By booking through us, you agree to comply with the following:

• All travelers must carry original government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) matching the details submitted for permits.
• Names and ID details on permits are non-transferable and must exactly match those of the travelers entering the park.
• Safari zones, timings, and vehicle capacities are controlled by the forest department and may change without prior notice.
• Visitors must follow all forest rules — no littering, no loud music, no feeding of animals, and no getting out of the safari vehicle inside the park.
• Trip2Corbett holds no liability for denial of entry by the forest department due to incorrect or mismatched ID details.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

Trip2Corbett acts as a facilitator and booking agent. We are not liable for:

• Wildlife sightings — animal sightings are not guaranteed during any safari.
• Weather conditions, park closures, or natural calamities affecting your trip.
• Any personal injury, accident, or loss of belongings during safari activities or resort stays.
• Delays or cancellations caused by third-party service providers such as resorts, transport operators, or the forest department.

Travelers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.

7. Code of Conduct

All travelers booked through Trip2Corbett are expected to maintain responsible conduct throughout their visit:

• Respect local wildlife and natural habitats at all times.
• Follow the instructions of your naturalist guide and forest department officials.
• No alcohol or substances are allowed inside core forest zones.
• Misuse of permits or violation of park rules may result in legal action by authorities, for which Trip2Corbett bears no responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trip2Corbett website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Trip2Corbett. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.

10. Amendments

Trip2Corbett reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
