Important: FRH Booking Rules

Government Forest Rest Houses are regulated properties inside ecological reserves. Please note these important guidelines:

  • Bookings must be made 45-90 days in advance. Permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Rooms have basic amenities — clean beds, fans, attached washrooms. Do not expect luxury room service.
  • No non-vegetarian meals or alcohol are permitted inside the core forest gates.
  • Solar electricity is available only during fixed hours. Mobile signals may be limited inside the park.

Best Time to Visit
