• Securing safari permits from the official Uttarakhand Government Forest Department portal.
• Reserving rooms and stays at private jungle resorts or government forest lodges.
• Communicating booking status updates, custom quotes, and travel coordination coordinates.

4. Third-Party Disclosures (Government Agencies)

Permits for safari zones (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Phato, etc.) are issued solely by the Forest Department. We pass traveler names and ID details to government systems to secure entry permits on your behalf. These permits are non-transferable, and details must strictly match original IDs carried during travel.

5. Data Security

We implement secure methods to store and verify customer data. Personal ID copies are deleted or archived safely after trip completion to ensure compliance with strict privacy standards.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As per forest department rules, safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable once secured. Resort bookings and custom tour packages follow individual hotel cancellation timelines, which will be detailed in your custom trip receipt.
